Abstract (en)
The method involves folding a continuous foil web in a longitudinal direction under formation of a web side piece, and providing the web with transverse aligned double-with connecting seams. Tobacco bags (10) are separated from the web, and are filled and closed. Closure units e.g. tape (18), coupon (20) and a sticker (21), are attached to the bag by adhesive for packaging of admixture e.g. cigarette paper. The tape, the coupon and the sticker are attached at an inner side of a wrapping lug (17) and/or at a bag-front wall (12), before filling the bags. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing tobacco bags by separating a continuous web from packing material.
Abstract (de)
Zum Herstellen von (Tabak-)Beuteln aus Folie mit Tasche und Wickellasche sowie einem Tape als Verschlussmittel wird das Tape (und werden gegebenenfalls weitere Applikationen) an einer fortlaufenden Folienbahn (22) zum Herstellen der Beutel durch quergerichtete Trennschnitte angebracht. Dabei wird so verfahren, dass die Folienbahn (20) zunächst durch Faltung mit einem fortlaufenden Bahnschenkel und sodann mit quergerichteten Verbindungsnähten im Bereich des Bahnschenkels versehen wird, danach erfolgt die Übertragung der Tapes auf die so vorbereitete Folienbahn. Von dieser werden dann mit einem Tape versehene Beutel (10) abgetrennt. Die Tapes werden im Bereich einer Übertragungsstation (13) auf die Folienbahn (22) aufgebracht. Im Anschluss daran werden die Beutel (10) in einer Trennstation (27) abgetrennt.
