Abstract (en)
The device has a conveying device (10) including a blocking unit for blocking a sheet at slipping free sheet quires. A conveying device (40) is provided at downstream of the conveying device (10) in a transporting direction of the quires. The device (40) includes a deflection unit (43) for deflecting a subsequent end of the quires. A conveying device (50) is provided at downstream of the conveying device (40) in a transporting direction of the quires. A downstream layer (H2) is formed between the devices (40, 50). The devices (10, 40, 50) are provided with conveyor belts (15, 45, 55). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a paper conversion machine, comprising a cross-cutter (2) a method for forming and conveying a stream of sheet quires.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fördereinrichtung für Bogenlagen (3) mit einer ersten Fördervorrichtung (10), welche eine Verblockungseinheit (30,31) zum Verblocken der Bogen zu weitgehend verrutschungsfreien Bogenlagen (3) aufweist, einer zweiten Fördervorrichtung (40), welche der ersten Fördervorrichtung (10) in Transportrichtung der Bogenlagen (3) nachgeordnet ist und eine Ablenkeinheit (43) zum Ablenken des nachlaufenden Endes einer Bogenlage (3) aufweist, einer dritten Fördervorrichtung (50), welche der zweiten Fördervorrichtung (40) in Transportrichtung der Bogenlagen (3) nachgeordnet ist, welche einen Schuppenstrom aus Bogenlagen einem Ablagebereich derart zuführt, dass ein Anhaften der Bogenlagen untereinander sicher verhindert wird. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass zwischen der zweiten Fördervorrichtung (40) und der dritten Fördervorrichtung (50) eine Fallstufe (H2) für die Bogenlagen ausgebildet ist.
