The device comprises - a frame (2) on which two front wheels (28) and one rear wheel (60) are arranged, - a drive device on either side of the frame (12), the drive device comprising an arm drive bar (30), which is articulated to a leg drive bar (48), wherein the leg drive bars (48) transmit torque via a tooth rim (54) and a chain (56) to the rear wheel (60), - and steering kinematics for steering the fitness device (10) in the mobile use by tilting the frame (12).
