The device (2) has a hydraulic motor (19) comprising a readjusting device that moves back to a starting position after opening of a pressure relief valve and transports hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic motor in to a hydraulic reservoir (14). An actual value sensor detects a physical value, which correlates with a pressing resistance. An actual value sensor detects a speed of a drive motor (4), and a control device disconnects the drive motor when an evaluation device determines increase of speed of the drive motor after opening of the pressure relief valve. An independent claim is also included for a pressing device comprising a pressing tool.
Abstract (de)
Bei einer handführbaren Antriebseinrichtung für Pressgeräte erfolgt mittels eines Antriebsmotors (4) ein Antreiben einer Hydraulikpumpe (7), die über ein Hydrauliksystem mit einem Hydraulikmotor (19) verbunden ist. Der Hydraulikmotor (19) ist über das Hydrauliksystem, in dem sich zumindest ein Überdruckventil (47) befindet, mit einem Hydraulikreservoir (14) verbunden. Das Hydraulikventil (47) ist derart ausgelegt, dass es bei Erreichen eines bestimmten Abschaltdruckes im Hydraulikmotor (19) die Verbindung zu dem Hydraulikreservoir (14) öffnet. Ferner ist ein Istwertaufnehmer zur Erfassung der Drehzahl des Antriebsmotors (4) vorgesehen. Mit Hilfe einer Steuereinrichtung erfolgt ein Abschalten des Antriebsmotors (14), wenn über eine Auswerteeinrichtung nach dem Öffnen des Überdruckventils (47) ein Anstieg der durch den Istwertaufnehmer erfassten Ist-Drehzahl festgestellt wird.
