Abstract (en)
The method involves detecting a location (BM) of a metal strip (B) with respect to a transport region (2) comprised by a rolling mill (1), where the transport region transports the metal strip. The metal strip is influenced by a working roller (3) during passage through the rolling mill. A lubricant is applied to the working roller based on the detected strip location for controlling and/or regulating the location of the metal strip. The location of the metal strip is approximated to a transport middle axis of the transport region. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a rolling mill comprising a rolling frame and a control and/or regulating device (2) a machine-readable program code for a control and/or regulating device for a rolling mill to perform a method for controlling and/or regulating a location of a metal strip passing through the rolling mill (3) a storage medium comprising a machine-readable program code to perform a method for controlling and/or regulating a location of a metal strip passing through a rolling mill.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Walzstraße, eine Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung für eine Walzstraße, eine Speichermedium, maschinenlesbaren Programmcode und ein Verfahren zum Steuern und/oder Regeln einer Lage (BM) eines eine Walzstraße (1) durchlaufenden Metallbands (B), wobei eine Lage (BM) des Metallbandes (B) auf einem von der Walzstraße umfassten Transportbereich (2) erfasst wird, wobei das Metallband (B) mittels einer Arbeitswalze (3) während des Durchlaufens der Walzstraße (1) beeinflusst wird. Indem zur Steuerung und/oder Regelung der Bandlage (BM) ein Schmiermittel (S) in Abhängigkeit von der erfassten Bandlage (BM) auf die Arbeitswalze (3) aufgebracht wird, können Mittel bereitgestellt werden, mittels derer ein Bandlauf in einer Walzstraße unaufwendig und einfach steuerbar bzw. regelbar ist.
