[origin: EP2322433A1] The method involves encasing a product stack (1) with a film. The one-sided encased product stack is turned and encased with another film. The product stack is turned with a pallet lying above the product stack. The pallet is disposed on the product stack after the covering of the former film. The packing unit comprises multiple packing objects (2) stacked to the product stack. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for manufacturing a packing unit; and (2) a packing unit with a side surface.
