Abstract (en)

The device has a central layer (30) arranged between contact layers (10, 20), and comprising a recess in a region of contact elements, where the recess forms a hollow space. The space is limited by the central layer, and the recess comprises smaller dimension in an extension direction of a laminated body (1) as a contact insert (12). Dimensions of the recess in extension direction of the body are smaller than dimensions of another contact insert, and material of the central layer has a lower softening temperature than material of the contact elements. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a pressure contact device.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Druckkontaktvorrichtung bestehen aus einer Mehrzahl von Folienschichten (3) mit Leiterbahnen (6) zwischen den Folienschichten und mit mindestens einem elektrischen Schaltelement (2), das ein erstes Kontaktelement (11) und ein zweites Kontaktelement (21), die durch einen Hohlraum (33) voneinander getrennt sind, aufweist. Die Folienschichten werden durch Heißlaminieren miteinander verbunden. Gemäß einer Ausführungsform sind das erste Kontaktelement und das zweite Kontaktelement als eine erste Kontakteinlage (12) und eine zweite Kontakteinlage (22) ausgebildet, wobei die Kontakteinlagen einen höheren Erweichungspunkt haben als die Folienschichten und beim Heißlaminieren nicht erweichen. Gemäß einer anderen Ausführungsform hat eine der Folienschichten, die das zweite Kontaktelement als integralen Bestandteil enthält, einen höheren Erweichungspunkt als die übrigen Folienschichten und erweicht beim Heißlaminieren nicht. Die nicht heißlaminierbare Folienschicht wird mittels Klebstoffschichten mit den übrigen Schichten des Schichtkörpers (1) verbunden. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Schichtkörpers (1).
