Abstract (en)
The method involves cutting thin plates (10) of an elongated structural element along a desired profile, to provide an elongated outer profile with two longitudinal sides (16, 16') having the desired profile. The sides are aligned during the assembly of the plates and spaced clearance cleats, to form lower and upper longitudinal faces (17, 17'). The plates are vertically directed and rested on an edge on spaced supports (A1, A2) e.g. walls, in the implementation of the element to form a laminated beam with the lower and upper faces having any desired profiles. The plates are made of homogeneous, resistant and flexible material e.g. wood. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a structural element (2) a building frame.

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de réalisation d'un élément de structure (1) de forme allongée, s'étendant suivant un axe longitudinal et constitué d'au moins deux plaques minces (10) assemblées par des tasseaux espacés d'écartement (21), de façon à former un ensemble solidaire reposant sur deux appuis écartés. Selon l'invention, les plaques minces (10) sont découpées de façon à présenter un même profil extérieur allongé, avec deux cotés longitudinaux (16,16') ayant un profil souhaité et, lors de l'assemblage des plaques (10) et des tasseaux (21), lesdits cotés longitudinaux (16,16') sont alignés de façon à former ensemble deux faces longitudinales (17,17') et, à la mise en place de l'élément (1) ainsi réalisé, les plaques (10) sont dirigées verticalement et reposent sur chant sur les appuis (A1,A2), l'ensemble formant ainsi une poutre feuilletée (1) avec deux faces, respectivement inférieure (17) et supérieure (17') pouvant avoir tout profil souhaité.
