Abstract (en)
The device has a cooling station (5) attached to a welding station (4), and drawing stages (I-III) connected one below the other. A drawing tool (10) of one of the stages has a matrix and an internal mandrel that is lubricated by supply of lubricant. A lubricant lance (12) introduces the lubricant into a pipe (1), and is extended through the welding station in direction to the cooling station. A region of the lubricant introduction lies in or behind the cooling station. A band material (2) to the pipe is formed in a pipe forming station. The internal mandrel is formed as a hard metal mandrel. The cooling station is formed as a water quench. An independent claim is also included for a method for drawing longitudinally welded tubes.

Vorrichtung zum Ziehen von längsnahtgeschweißten Rohren (1) mit einer Rohrformstation (3) und einer Schweißstation (4), einer sich daran anschließenden Kühlstation (5) und nachfolgend mehreren hintereinander geschalteten Ziehstufen (I, II, III), wobei das Ziehwerkzeug (10) wenigstens einer Ziehstufe (II) eine Matrize (15) und einen fliegenden Innendorn (11) umfasst, welcher unter Zuführung eines Schmierstoffs (13) geschmiert ist. Es ist eine Schmierstofflanze (12) zum Einbringen des Schmierstoffes (13) in das Rohr (1) vorgesehen, welche sich durch die Schweißstation (4) in Richtung zur Kühlstation (5) erstreckt, wobei der Bereich der Schmierstoffeinbringung in oder hinter der Kühlstation (5) liegt.
