Abstract (en)

The method involves forming a tubular fabric (11) by a woven material, where warp threads (3) of the fabric extend parallel to an extension axis (A) of the fabric. A strap ring is made from an axial section (16) of the fabric that is axially cut up by cutting the warp threads, where a weft thread (4) is extended between the warp threads. Side edges of the axial section are hemmed by folding down with the fabric toward an interior of the axial section along an orientation of extension of the warp threads and by circumferentially sewing the hems to a peripheral wall of the axial section.

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'un accessoire d'escalade constitué d'un anneau de sangle (1), et un anneau de sangle (1) obtenu par la mise en oeuvre du procédé. L'invention a aussi pour objet un harnais et/ou une dégaine comportant un tel anneau de sangle (1). L'anneau de sangle est issu d'un matériau tissé à fils de chaîne (3) et à au moins un fil de trame (4) s'étendant entre les fils de chaîne (3). Le matériau tissé est un tissu tubulaire (11) dont les fils de chaîne (3) s'étendent parallèlement à l'axe d'extension du tissu tubulaire (11), l'anneau de sangle (1) étant issu d'un tronçon axial (16) du tissu tubulaire (11) qui est axialement débité par tranchage des fils de chaîne (3).
