Abstract (en)
The method involves using a padding material (9) directly for producing a positive or non-positive connection with a sliding layer (7) and a carrier material (12). A plastic material, particularly based on multi- component polyurethane materials is used as padding material. The sliding layer is formed of graphite, paper or a fabric tape. The sliding layer is applied directly on the padding material. A production mold is used for producing the padding material. The production mold is provided with a Teflon coating. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a device for use in contact shoe coating producing method; and (2) a contact shoe coating with a hook.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schleifschuhbelags 3, umfassend zumindest ein Polstermaterial 9 und eine Gleitschicht 7. Um den Schleifschuhbelag 3 stabiler und strapazierfähiger herzustellen, wird in diesem Verfahren auf einen separaten Klebstoff zum Verkleben der Gleitschicht und des Polstermaterials verzichtet. In diesem Verfahren wird das Polstermaterial 9 zur Herstellung einer form- und/oder kraftschlüssigen Verbindung mit der Gleitschicht 7 verwendet. Dadurch wird ein Schleifschuhbelag 3 hergestellt, der den großen Kräften und Temperaturen bei einem Schleifvorgang standhalten kann. Weiterhin wird die Lebensdauer des Schleifschuhbelages 3 erhöht, die Standzeiten der Schleifmaschine zum Auswechseln des Schleifschuhbelages 3 reduziert und der Kostenaufwand insgesamt deutlich verringert.
