[origin: EP2634299A1] Provided is a knitting method of a knitted fabric with fringe capable of knitting the fringe in which a root of the fringe is fixed more securely than in the related art. Steps ± to ³ are repeated using a flat knitting machine to knit a fringe 20. In the step ±, a starting stitch 1, which becomes a starting point of the fringe 20 is formed. In the step ² carried out after the step ±, a yarn feeder 9 is moved in a direction away from the starting stitch 1 and then the yarn feeder 9 is moved in a direction toward the starting stitch 1.
