The conveyance path (6) is divided into a front side conveyance path (62) and a back side conveyance path (63), and the front side conveyance path (62) is vertically movable with respect to the back side conveyance path (63). Immediately before a swaging step, two lower washers (12) located at the boundary between the front and back side conveyance paths are engaged with vertically movable pins (81, 82), and thereby the positions thereof are fixed.
