Abstract (en)
The crimping tool has a crimping die (104) formed from three crimping stampers (105), a base sheet (106) and lever (119). A force-balancing device is designed to accommodate the required residual stroke of crimping die as elastic strain energy in a state in which the crimping die is already blocked up the crimping of a rotated contact (102),so that the lock (124) clears the opening of crimping die. The force-compensating device is constructed as a cascade spring (129) having springs (131,132) provided in the lever and base sheet respectively.

Es wird ein Crimpwerkzeug (101) für gedrehte Kontakte (102) auf elektrischen Leitern (103), dass ein Crimpgesenk (104) aufweist, das aus wenigstens drei Crimpstempeln (105) gebildet wird, das ferner wenigstens ein Basisblech (106) und wenigstens einen Hebel (119) aufweist, mit dem über eine Kniehebelkinematik (114) die Öffnung (107) des Crimpgesenks (104) verkleinert werden kann, sowie eine Kraft-Weg-Ausgleichsvorrichtung aufweist, um den erforderlichen Resthub des Crimpgesenks (104) als elastische Verformungsarbeit aufzunehmen, wenn das Crimpgesenk (104) beim Vercrimpen eines gedrehten Kontakts (102) bereits auf Block gefahren ist, jedoch noch Weg zurückzulegen ist, damit eine Sperre (124) die Öffnung des Crimpgesenks (104) freigibt, wobei die Kraft - Weg-Ausgleichsvorrichtung als eine Kaskadenfeder (129) ausgebildet ist, deren erste Feder (132) ein Teil der Basisbleche (106) ist und dessen andere Feder (131) einen weiteren Hebel aufweist.
