The photosensitive component (1, 2, 3) is in particular a diode having a photoactive organic semiconductor layer (31), a first (20) and a second electrode (21), wherein an organic intermediate layer (30) is arranged between the photoactive semiconductor layer (31) and at least one of the electrodes (20, 21). The organic intermediate layer (30) is in particular a charge-blocking layer.
