[origin: EP2740862A1] The device has roof elements equipped with edges in connection with a ground. A first sub-assembly i.e. plate (400), is secured to the ground, and a second sub-assembly i.e. retaining unit (300), is secured to the edges. The first sub-assembly has a fixing tab (200) mounted to move relative to the ground. The tab passes from a rest position in which the tab does not constitute an obstacle to displacement of the roof elements to a raised position during movement of deployment and during passage of the elements. The tab cooperates with retaining ends of the retaining unit in the raised position. An independent claim is also included for a telescopic shelter of swimming pool.
