Abstract (en)
The invention has for object a method to recommend social network threads (11a, 11b, 11c), with the steps : - a fragment extraction unit (13) extracts a multimedia fragment of the multimedia flow using changes in multimedia flow content properties to delimit the multimedia fragment, - a multimedia analysis unit (15) analyses the content of the multimedia fragment to fill a fragment descriptor containing descriptive elements, - a thread recommendation unit (17) uses the multimedia fragment descriptor to find social network threads (11a, 11b, 11c) related to the multimedia fragment, - the thread recommendation unit (17) recommends the network threads (11a, 11b, 11c) related to the multimedia fragment.
