[origin: EP2722281A2] The method involves inserting objects into a shell (6) for closing the shell. A thermoformable film (4) is connected with the shell that is utilized for formation of a packaging with circulating edge (10). The thermoformable film is gas-tightly applied or welded on the circulating edge of the packaging. The thermoformable film is sectioned on a measure smaller or equal to the circulating edge of the packaging, and vacuum is sprayed in a surrounding region of the shell. Positive pressure is applied in the surrounding region of the thermoformable film. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for gas-tight packing objects with a thermoformable film under application of vacuum (2) a packaging.

Bei einer Vorrichtung zum gasdichten Verpacken von Gegenständen mit sich eng an die Gegenstände anlegendem Folienmaterial unter Einsatz eines Vakuums, umfassend eine Auflage für zumindest eine Schale und umfassend zumindest ein Siegelwerkzeug für die tiefziehbare Folie, wobei sie zumindest eine Schneideinrichtung für die tiefziehbare Folie aufweist, welche in eine nur die tiefziehbare Folie schneidende Höhenlage oberhalb eines umlaufenden Randes der Schale bringbar ist und wobei zwischen den Schalen und der tiefziehbaren Folie eine Distanzplatte angeordnet ist, welche auf die Auflageeinrichtung für den umlaufenden Rand auflegbar ist, wobei dabei der umlaufende Rand zumindest abschnittsweise frei bleibt, in der Distanzplatte zumindest ein mit einem Behälter in Deckungslage bringbarer Durchbruch angeordnet ist und das Siegelwerkzeug zum Durchbruch in der Distanzplatte korrespondierende Abmessungen hat, ist vorgesehen, dass das Siegelwerkzeug eine nach innen gewölbte Ausbildung hat und dass die Distanzplatte gegen das Oberwerkzeug führbar ist.
