[origin: JP2016008144A] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a textile machine having a yarn suction unit which stores a yarn end wound on particularly a twill-wound package and is reliable under all driving conditions.SOLUTION: In an operation part 1 of a textile machine which manufactures a twill-wound package, a yarn suction unit 21 is stationarily disposed in an area of a take-up unit 4, and has an upper molding plate 22 and a movably supported lower molding plate 23. The lower molding plate is rotatable around a roller 34, and the upper molding plate 22 and the lower molding plate 23 store a needle thread, and consequently, a suction nozzle contour, which can supply a negative pressure, is formed between both molding plates 22, 23 in a surface area of a take-up package 5.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Arbeitsstelle (1) einer Kreuzspulen herstellenden Textilmaschine, mit einem schwenkbar gelagerten Spulenrahmen (11) zum rotierbaren Haltern einer Auflaufspule (5), einer Walze (34), auf der die Auflaufspule (5) während des Spulprozesses aufliegt sowie einer im Bedarfsfall mit Unterdruck beaufschlagbaren Fadenansaugeinrichtung (21) zum Aufnehmen eines nach einer Spulunterbrechung auf die Oberfläche der Auflaufspule (5) aufgelaufenen Oberfadens. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die Fadenansaugeinrichtung (21) eine stationär angeordnete Einrichtung ist, die über ein oberes Formblech (22) sowie über ein beweglich gelagertes unteres Formblech (23) verfügt, wobei das untere Formblech(23) so um die Walze (34) herum angeordnet ist, dass das obere Formblech und das untere Formblech zur Aufnahme des Oberfadens im Bereich der Oberfläche der Auflaufspule (5) zwischen sich eine mit Unterdruck beaufschlagbare Saugdüsenkontur bilden.
