[origin: JP2016146826A] PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for inserting objects into a filter rod.SOLUTION: The apparatus can include: a first conduit adapted to convey a plurality of the objects in series; a first escapement having a first inlet and a first outlet connected by a first channel, where the first inlet is connected to the first conduit; a first singulation drum having an outer periphery defining a first row of first pockets adapted to hold the objects, where the first singulation drum is adapted to rotate about a first axis to successively move the first pockets into a supply part in the first outlet; and at least one first air supply source that conveys the objects from the first inlet to the first outlet, and successively into the first pockets of the first singulation drum. Die vorliegende Patentanmeldung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (100) zum Einlegen von Objekten (O) in einen Filterstab. Die Vorrichtung (100) kann umfassen: eine erste Leitung (120), die ausgebildet ist, eine Vielzahl der Objekte (O) in Reihe zu befördern; eine erste Vorschubeinrichtung (122), die einen ersten Einlass (140A) und einen ersten Auslass (140B) aufweist, die durch einen ersten Kanal (140) verbunden sind, wobei der erste Einlass (140A) mit der ersten Leitung (120) verbunden ist; eine erste Vereinzelungstrommel (124), die einen äußeren Umfang aufweist, der eine erste Reihe (170) von ersten Taschen (172) bestimmt, die ausgebildet sind, die Objekte (O) zu halten, wobei die erste Vereinzelungstrommel (124) ausgebildet ist, um eine erste Achse (R) zu drehen, um nacheinander die ersten Taschen (172) in Deckung mit dem ersten Auslass (140B) zu bewegen; und mindestens eine erste Luftquelle (158), die die Objekte (O) von dem ersten Einlass (140A) zum ersten Auslass (140B) und nacheinander in die ersten Taschen (172) der ersten Vereinzelungstrommel (124) befördert.
