[origin: WO2017174704A1] The invention relates to a reclosable folding box (41, 42, 43) with a safety and tamper-evident closure (84), the lateral wall surfaces (2-6, 64, 65) of said folding box being made of a single-part blank (1, 1a, 1b) and being adhered together such that the folding box (41, 42, 43) cannot be opened without destroying an adhesive connection and/or at least one separable line of weakness region (16, 17; 16a, 16b, 17a, 17b). The aim of the invention is to provide a solution for a reclosable medical packaging with a safety and tamper-evident closure, said solution providing an improved handling suitability and a visual detectability of a tear-open tab which forms at least the substantial part of the safety and tamper-evident closure. This is achieved in that an edge-side delimiting line (85) of the tear-open tab (18) reaches a folding box edge (39, 52) and is printed with a first linear pattern (20) on the folding box exterior, in particular a Guilloche pattern, at least one pattern line of which at least partly extends over the line of weakness region(s) (16, 17; 16a, 16b, 17a, 17b). The first linear pattern (20) adjoins a region (21, 22) which is visible from the folding box exterior and which is printed with color so as to contrast with the linear pattern (20), and the region is formed in the region of an edge-side delimiting edge (86) of the tear-open tab (18) on the exterior on a first lateral wall surface (2) so as to surround the tear-open tab (18) or at least cover the tear-open tab or in the region of the delimiting line (85) at least on a second lateral wall surface (3) region which faces the folding box exterior and is covered by the tear-open tab (18) and on the exterior of a third lateral wall surface (4), which is hinged to the second lateral wall surface (3) and which adjoins the tear-open tab (18) so as to transition into the tear-open tab.

Abstract (de)

Bei einer wiederverschließbaren Faltschachtel (41, 42, 43) mit Sicherheits- und Originalitätsverschluss (84), deren Seitenwandflächen (2-6, 64, 65) aus einem einteiligen Zuschnitt (1, 1a, 1b) derart ausgebildet und miteinander verklebt sind, dass die Faltschachtel (41, 42, 43) nicht ohne Zerstörung einer Klebeverbindung und/oder mindestens eines auftrennbaren Schwächungsliniebereiches (16, 17; 16a, 16b, 17a, 17b) öffenbar ist, soll eine Lösung für eine wiederverschließbare Medizinverpackung mit Sicherheits- und Originalitätsverschluss geschaffen werden, die eine verbesserte Ergreifbarkeit und visuelle Erkennbarkeit einer zumindest den wesentlichen Teil des Sicherheits- und Originalitätsverschlusses ausbildende Aufreißlasche bereitstellt. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Aufreißlasche (18) mit einer randseitigen Begrenzungslinie (85) an eine Faltschachtelkante (39, 52) heranreicht und faltschachtelaußenseitig mit einem sich zumindest teilweise mit mindestens einer Musterlinie über den oder die Schwächungslinienbereich(e) (16, 17; 16a, 16b, 17a, 17b) hinauserstreckenden ersten linienförmigen Muster (20), insbesondere Guilloche-Muster, bedruckt ist, welches erste linienförmige Muster (20) an einen von der Faltschachtelaußenseite her sichtbaren und zum ersten linienförmigen Muster (20) kontrastfarbig bedruckten Bereich (22) angrenzt.
