[origin: EA034069B1] The invention relates to a cleaning agent in the form of solid substance for hot beverages making machines. According the invention, it contains: a) at least one chelating agent for Ca and/or Mg ions, b) at least one complexing agent chosen from a group consisting of gluconic acids, immidium disuccionate, ATMP (aminotrimethylene-phosphonic acids), DET (diethylenetriaminepentamethylene-phosphonic acids), HEDP (1-hydroxyethane-1,1-diphosphonic acids), HDT (hexamethylenediamine tetramethylene-phosphonic acids), PBT (phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acids), phosphonic acids and salts of those acids, c) at least one polymeric acid chosen from group consisting of polymeric acrylic acids, metacrylic acids, maleic acids, sulfinated polystyrenes, copolymers of same acids, where the cleaner is free from SAS, silicates and phosphates, with the cleaner having pH 8-11 in 1 wt.% water solution.
