Die Erfindung betrifft eine Setzeinheit (70) für eine Stanznietvorrichtung (10), in welche Setzeinheit (70) ein Niet (20) einbringbar ist, mit einem Schwingsystem (39) umfassend einen Schwingungskonverter (30), der mit einem Schwingungserzeuger (35) verbindbar ist, einen Booster (31) und eine Sonotrode (32), und einen Stempel (33), mittels welchem der Niet (20) in eine Fügerichtung mit Kraft (F) beaufschlagbar und während eines Nietvorgangs in wenigstens zwei Bauteile (11, 12) einbringbar ist, und mit einer Gehäuseeinheit (40) für das Schwingsystem (39), wobei der Booster (31) und die Sonotrode (32) als ein Bauteil ausgebildet sind, sowie eine Stanznietvorrichtung (10) mit einer solchen Setzeinheit (70) sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Setzeinheit (70) bzw. einer Stanznietvorrichtung (10).
