[origin: WO2020015915A1] The invention relates to clothing for a machine for producing a fibrous web, in particular a paper, board or tissue web, the clothing comprising a substrate (20). The substrate has a top side (22), an underside (24), two side edges and a useful region between the two side edges. The useful region has a plurality of through-channels (30), which connect the top side (22) to the underside (24) of the substrate (20). The inner surface (32) of at least one through-channel (30), preferably of the majority of all the through-channels (30), more preferably of all the through-channels (30) in the useful region of the substrate (20), has a mean roughness depth (Rz) that is greater than 4 µm, preferably greater than 6 µm, more preferably greater than 8 µm. The invention further relates to a method for producing clothing of this type by means of a laser.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Bespannung für eine Maschine zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere einer Papier-, Karton- oder Tissuebahn, umfassend ein Substrat (20) mit einer Oberseite (22), einer Unterseite (24), zwei Seitenrändern und einem Nutzbereich zwischen den zwei Seitenrändern, wobei der Nutzbereich eine Vielzahl von Durchgangskanälen (30) aufweist, welche die Oberseite (22) mit der Unterseite (24) des Substrats (20) verbinden. Dabei weist die Innenoberfläche (32) von wenigstens einem Durchgangskanal (30), vorzugsweise von der Mehrheit aller Durchgangskanäle (30), weiter bevorzugt von allen Durchgangskanälen (30) im Nutzbereich des Substrats (20) eine gemittelte Rautiefe Rz auf, welche größer als 4µm, vorzugsweise größer als 6µm, weiter bevorzugt größer als 8µm ist. Ferner betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer solchen Bespannung mittels eines Lasers.
