Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2019086272A1] The invention concerns a two-piece nozzle for an aerosol dispenser, comprising - an external piece provided with a tubular wall open on one side and closed on the other by a front wall (122) forming a cavity, the front wall being provided, at the centre of same, with an outlet opening (123), the external piece having a certain symmetry about an axis of symmetry, - an internal piece separate from the dispenser for which the nozzle is intended, said internal piece being sized to penetrate into the cavity of the external piece, being held there, the internal piece having a front face opposite the front wall of the external piece, - channels (112, 125) being created in the cavity of the external piece and/or on the surface of the internal piece, said channels opening in a swirl chamber (127) in communication with the outlet opening (123), the outlet opening (123) being positioned in the flow path of the product stream downstream from the swirl chamber. According to the invention, a protrusion (113, 114) is positioned at the centre of the front face of the internal piece, this protrusion being sized such that the free portion of same opposite the front face, said portion being referred to as the torpedo (114), penetrates into the outlet opening (123) so as to reduce the cross section of same and form an annular outlet port.
