[origin: WO2020254089A1] The present invention describes a method and a knitting device for plating with compound needles on a circular knitting machine. At least two yarns are introduced into the hook region of a compound needle. A plate is moved in relation to a knock-over edge, which is arranged in an immovable manner on a cylinder, in such a way that the plate, by means of a guide means, introduces at least one of the yarns further in the direction of the needle shank into the hook region of the compound needle and in the process keeps the yarns separated. The plate furthermore moves in the longitudinal direction and vertical direction with respect to the knock-over edge, such that the guide means executes a movement that at least partially tracks at least one yarn.

Zusammenfassung:Die vorliegende Erfindung beschreibt ein Verfahren und eine Strickvorrichtung zum Plattieren mit Schiebernadeln auf einer Rundstrickmaschine. Es werden mindestens zwei Garne in den Hakenbereich einer Schiebernadel eingebracht. Eine Platine wird derart in Relation zu einer an einem Zylinder unbeweglich angeordneten Abschlagkante bewegt, dass die Platine mittels eines Führungsmittels mindestens eines der Garne weiter in Richtung zum Nadelschaft in den Hakenbereich der Schiebernadel einführt und die Garne hierbei getrennt hält. Die Platine bewegt sich außerdem in Längsrichtung und Höhenrichtung zur Abschlagkante, so dass das Führungsmittel eine Bewegung vollführt, die mindestens einem Garn zumindest abschnittsweise nachfolgt.
