[origin: CA3123355A1] The invention relates to a wearable training device for training a person's leg and core muscles. According to the invention, a back support having two two lateral sections is provided for placing on the person's back, with said lateral sections extending into the region of the hips, two leg brackets are provided which are each designed for attaching to a thigh on one of the legs of the training person, and the leg brackets are each connected to one of the lateral sections of the back support via a spring joint unit, which is arranged in the region of the hips and designed to generate a spring force between the torso and the thighs, via which the torso and the thighs are pressed forwards relative to one another.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein tragbares Trainingsgerät zum Trainieren der Bein- und Rumpfmuskulatur einer Person. Gemäß der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass zum Anlegen an den Rücken der Person eine Rückenstütze mit zwei Seitenabschnitten vorgesehen ist, welche sich in den Bereich der Hüfte erstrecken, dass zwei Beinbügel vorgesehen sind, welche jeweils zum Anbringen an einem Oberschenkel an eines der Beine des Trainierenden ausgebildet sind, und dass die Beinbügel jeweils mit einem der Seitenabschnitte der Rückenstütze über eine Federgelenkeinrichtung verbunden sind, welche im Bereich der Hüfte angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, zwischen Rumpf und Oberschenkeln eine Federkraft zu erzeugen, durch welche Rumpf und Oberschenkel relativ zueinander nach vorne gedrückt werden.
