[origin: CN105000235A] The invention discloses a device and method for providing containers with adhesive labels. According to the invention, a label strap is divided into label sections via tranverse penetration holes and are passed to a container via a transmission roller and an applying cloth roller which are rotating synchronously, wherein the separation of labels are conducted by a controlled rotation of the container during the passing. In addition, a circular ring buffer which is present according to the invention is operated by exhaust air of an air blower, and the exhaust air generates a low pressure of the label strap for aspiring the transmission roller and the applying cloth roller.

Vorrichtung (21) zum Ausstatten von Behältern (2) mit beleimten Etiketten (3), umfassend:- auf einem Transportmittel (4) umlaufende und um sich selbst drehbare Halterungen (5) für die Behälter (2);- eine Zuführeinheit (7) mit einem Schlaufenpuffer (9) zum Zuführen und dynamischen Zwischenspeichern eines insbesondere beleimten Etikettenbands (8);- eine Schneideeinrichtung (10) zum Unterteilen des Etikettenbands (8) in Etikettensegmente (8c), insbesondere mittels Querperforation;- einen drehbaren und mittels Unterdruck haltenden Transferzylinder (11) zum Transfer des Etikettenbands (8) im Kontakt mit dessen beleimter oder zu beleimender Seite; und- einen drehbaren und mittels Unterdruck haltenden Applikationszylinder (12), mit dem sich das Etikettenband (8) auf die umlaufenden Behälter (2) aufsetzen lässt; und- wenigstens ein Gebläse (22), das unterdruckseitig an den Transferzylinder (11) und/oder den Applikationszylinder (12) angeschlossen ist, und das druckseitig an den Schlaufenpuffer (9) angeschlossen ist.
