The module (3) comprises: - a first block (21, 24) comprising a lower optical surface (21s, 24s) having an upper limit (21h, 24h), - at least one second block (22, 23, 25) comprising at least one upper optical surface (22s, 23s, 25s) arranged above the lower optical surface (21s, 24s), and - the at least one second block (22, 23, 25) comprising a lower limit (22l, 23l, 25l). The device extends from an area defined (7, 51) by at least one portion of the lower limit (22l, 23l, 25l) of the at least one second block (22, 23, 25) and the upper limit (21h, 24h) of the first block (21, 24), and is configured to discharge liquids flowing from the at least one upper optical surface (22, 23, 25) to an area other than the lower optical surface (21, 24).
