The bus bar component (1) comprises: an elongate carrier element (30), which is provided for fastening to or in a supporting rail profile element (50) and forms a preferably planar mounting region (31); a plurality of line-accommodating elements (25), which are arranged on the mounting region (31) of the carrier element (30) and are connected to each other; and wires or lines (10), which are arranged in channels (211, 212) of the line-accommodating structure (20) and extend beyond the length of the bus bar component (1).
